Hi! I’m Gianna and I have been behind the chair since 2019. My services range from blonding, Brazilian blowouts to different types of extensions. There is a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. There is no fee for other forms pf payment (Venmo, cash app, zelle, apple pay or cash) While accidents are very rare, please come in clothing you wouldn’t mind getting color on, just in case of an accident.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 50% of your appointment if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. I understand emergencies come up so if that is the case, please communicate with me. If you no call/no show the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% If your card is on file, I will charge it. If it’s not on file you will not be able to book a new appointment until I receive the pervious payment. Thanks!
